GREEK LEMON CHICKEN

1 chicken, cut up
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken in shallow pan. Blend
the olive oil, lemon juice and oregano. Sprinkle salt and
pepper on chicken and pour the oil mixture over it. Bake at
400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until brown. Serve with a tossed
salad and French bread.
