CROCK-POT CHICKEN CACCIATORE 2 medium onions, cut thin 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler/fryer chicken 2 cloves garlic, minced or garlic powder 1 can tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. crushed oregano 1/2 tsp. crushed basil 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 bay leaf 1/4 c. dry white wine Put onion in bottom of crock-pot and add chicken pieces. Add rest of ingredients. Cook 6 to 8 hours on low heat.
