OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. paprika 1 stick oleo chicken Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper bag. Shake chicken pieces in bag to coat with flour mixture. Melt oleo in a large baking pan while oven preheats to 425 degrees. Place chicken, skin side down, in pan and bake at 425 degrees for 30 min- utes. Turn pieces over and bake 20 minutes longer. Note: For extra crispy, add 5 minutes to each side's baking time.
