EGG CASSEROLE 6 eggs, beaten with fork 6 slices bread, cubed 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 lb. sausage or 1 lb. bacon, crumpled or broken in pieces Brown sausage or bacon, drain fat off. Mix all togeth- er; put in greased baking dish 9 x 13-inch. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Easy to do.
