SEAFOOD LASAGNA 8 lasagna noodles, parboiled 1 c. chopped onion 2 Tbsp. butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese 1 beaten egg 1 tsp. basil 2 c. cream of mushroom soup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. dry white wine 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and halved 1 c. crabmeat (7 oz.) 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. American cheese 1/8 tsp. pepper Arrange 4 noodles in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Cook onion in butter. Blend with cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper; spread 1/2 mixture over noodles. Next, combine soup, milk, wine, shrimp and crab; spread this on cottage cheese layer. Repeat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and grated American cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
