CHICKEN CASSEROLE chicken breasts (4 halves) 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor) 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 2 cans cream of chicken soup Boil the chicken in water until cooked. Remove the chicken from the water and dice the chicken into small pieces. (Set aside the water, you will need it.) Cover the bottom of a casserole with the chicken pieces. Spread on top of the chicken the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup (do not add water to the soup). Mix in a bowl 2 cups of chicken juice (use the water you boiled the chicken in), 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk. Then add the Stove Top stuffing. Pour this mixture over the chick- en; cover and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
