TURKEY BREAST DIJON 3 Tbsp. margarine 4 turkey breast slices flour 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. half and half 2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard salt and pepper In a large skillet melt the margarine. Dip turkey slices in flour and saute until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and set aside. Pour chicken broth into skillet and stir 1 minute, add half and half, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir until heated through. Place turkey slice on a serving platter, pour sauce over and serve.
