GRILLED SALMON 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 c. butter or margarine 1/2 c. lime juice salt 1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce 6 salmon steaks (about 6 oz. each), thawed if necessary Brown garlic in butter until butter is lightly browned. Combine with lime juice, 2 teaspoons salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Lightly salt salmon. Brush with garlic-butter. Broil or barbecue salmon a total of 10 minutes per inch of thickness, turning steaks once and brushing with garlic-butter halfway through cooking time. Heat remaining garlic-butter and drizzle over steaks, if desired. Serves 6 people.
