ZITI BAKE 1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti 2 lb. hamburg 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1 egg 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 jars spaghetti sauce (15 oz.) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese Prepare ziti as directed. Drain and set aside. Cook hamburg until well browned. Remove pan from heat and stir in Ricotta cheese. Add Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, pepper and half the spaghetti sauce. Mix well. Add ziti and toss to coat well. Put mixture into 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Pour other half of spaghetti sauce evenly over ziti. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
