SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 1 (3 lb.) chicken 2 eggs, well beaten cornstarch cooking oil 1 large green pepper 1 small onion 1 can pineapple chunks, drained 1 pkg. Kikkoman sweet 'n sour sauce Fix sweet 'n sour sauce according to directions on package. Bone chicken; cut into 1-inch pieces. Dip pieces into beaten eggs and then in cornstarch. Fry in hot oil until cooked. Place in warm oven until all chicken has been fried. Pour sweet 'n sour sauce over chicken, mixing in sliced green pepper, onion and pineapple chunks. Bake in 325 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Serve with steamed rice. Serves 4 to 5.
