B-B-Q'D PORK CHOP AND BEAN BAKE 1 (1 lb.) can baked beans in tomato sauce 3 to 4 lean pork chops 1 onion, sliced 3/4 Tbsp. brown sugar (per pork chop) 3/4 Tbsp. catsup (per pork chop) 1/4 Tbsp. prepared mustard (per pork chop) salt and pepper as desired Place baked beans in a 8 x 4 x 2-inch baking dish. For each chop, dash with salt and pepper; spread lightly with mustard; sprinkle with 3/4 tablespoon brown sugar; spread 3/4 tablespoon catsup; top with 1 slice of onion. Place chops on top of beans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, until chops are tender. Garnish with parsley.
