CROCK-POT BEEF STEW 2 lb. beef stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. beef broth 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic 1 bay leaf 1 tsp. paprika 4 carrots, sliced 3 potatoes, diced 1 stalk celery, diced Place meat in crock-pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat. Stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. (High 4 to 6 hours.) Stir well before serving.
