SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 8 to 10 eggs 2 c. milk 6 to 8 slices bread, cubed 1 lb. sausage, cooked 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Spread bread cubes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with cooked sausage. Sprinkle with both cheeses. Then combine eggs and milk and beat together. Pour egg and milk mixture over bread crumbs, cheese and sausage. Let set 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
