CRAB MOUSE 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine 3 Tbsp. cold water 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 lb. crabmeat 1 small onion, chopped fine 1 c. celery, chopped fine Heat soup in medium saucepan on low. Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatine in cold water; add to soup. Stir well. Add crabmeat, mayonnaise, onion, celery and rest of ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into mold. Let chill.
