SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE 8 oz. fettuccine or medium noodles 1 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. softened butter 1/2 c. half and half 6 1/2 oz. can minced clams, undrained 6 oz. pkg. frozen snow crab and shrimp, thawed chopped parsley Cook noodles according to package directions, just until tender, but still firm; drain. Meanwhile, cream together the grated cheese and butter. Combine clams with the crab and shrimp mixture in a small saucepan with the half and half. Heat. When noodles are cooked, drain and toss with the cheese mixture. Stir in the cream and seafood mixture. Serve immedi- ately with chopped parsley.
