BAKED STEW MEAT

3 to 4 lb. stew meat, chuck
preferably
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans onion soup

I buy chuck roasts, and cut it myself, getting rid of
all fat. Place meat in casserole unbrowned. Pour both soups
over meat undiluted. Place casserole in 325 degrees oven and bake
4 1/2 hours. Stir 2 or 3 times during cooking. Small whole
potatoes may be added during last hour of cooking if desired.
Delicious over hot noodles or steamed rice. A good company
dinner!
