SEAFOOD STUFFED MUSHROOMS 2 lb. large mushrooms 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can shrimp 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese salt, pepper and paprika to taste Clean mushrooms and remove stems. In a deep dish, dice crab and shrimp. Add cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Add a sprinkle of paprika. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture, sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Bake on cookie sheet 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
