BREADED PORK CHOPS 5 or 6 medium center cut pork chops Italian bread crumbs 2 eggs, beaten vegetable oil Wash pork chops; pat dry. Dip each pork chop into egg and then coat with Italian bread crumbs. Add enough vegetable oil to frypan or electric skillet to cover pan approximately 1/2 to 1-inch deep, depending on thickness of pork chops. Heat oil. After all pork chops are breaded, fry with cover on pan about 10 to 15 minutes. Uncover and turn pork chops. Fry until golden brown. Note: Pork tenderloin may be substituted for pork chops.
