Aluminum or Pyrex is best. Accord- ing to weight of meat follow this time sequence: 5 minutes per pound for rare; 6 minutes per pound for medium and 7 minutes per pound for well done. At end of calculated time, turn oven off. Do not, repeat, do not open oven door. Leave for 2 hours.
