PORK CHOPS 'N APPLESAUCE GRAVY 2 c. applesauce 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 1 Tbsp. salt 3 c. boiling water 3 lb. pork chops 1/2 c. flour 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Brown chops in pan. Remove to 3 quart casserole. Brown garlic in fat. Add flour, salt and pepper. Blend. Add water. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add apple- sauce and lemon juice. Pour over chops. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
