GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 (4 oz.) can drained, sliced mushrooms 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise 1/2 c. beef bouillon 1/2 c. sour cream hot rice or noodles Saute ground beef, onion, mushrooms, garlic salt and mustard until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain the fat. Combine mayonnaise and beef bouillon; stir well into meat mixture. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Lastly, add the sour cream. Warm gently all ingredients. Serve over rice or noodles.
