MARYLAND CRAB CAKES

1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt and pepper
bread crumbs (from can)

Carefully remove shells from crab meat. Whip eggs with
fork and toss 5 ingredients but do not mash. Use bread crumbs
only enough to hold crab cakes together as you shape them.
Cakes may be fried or broiled. Serve with crackers or rolls.
