BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 2 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. milk 2 c. shredded cheese 2 c. elbow macaroni In saucepan melt butter. Remove from heat; blend in flour, salt, milk and heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and heat until melted. Meanwhile, cook macaroni as directed, drain. Combine with sauce in a 2 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
