B-B-Q PORK RIBS 12 oz. catsup 1 Tbsp. mustard 1 1/2 c. water 3/4 c. vinegar 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 3 tsp. chili powder 4 lb. country style pork ribs Brown ribs in skillet to seal in juices. Place in foil lined 11 x 13-inch pan. Cover with sauce and cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours or until tender. Baste frequently. Remove foil for last 15 minutes to brown and reduce sauce. Serve extra sauce on the side.
