SAUSAGE BALLS 1 lb. hot Italian sausage 1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 1/2 c. Bisquick Remove casings from sausage. Add cheese and Bisquick; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes. Makes 70 sausage balls.
