TURKEY HASH 1/4 c. finely chopped onions 4 Tbsp. butter 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 c. cooked turkey 1 c. cooked diced potatoes 3/4 tsp. salt 1/3 c. milk dash of pepper In small saucepan, cook onions in butter until tender but not brown. Remove from heat and put in mushrooms, turkey, potatoes, salt and pepper. Add milk, stirring gently. Heat mixture and serve. Makes 4 servings.
