FRIKADELLER (Meat Balls) Denmark 1 lb. finely ground pork 1/2 c. flour 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. white pepper butter for frying 1 lb. finely ground veal 5 eggs 2 tsp. salt 1 large onion, finely grated Mix the meats with salt, pepper and onions. Add the flour, eggs and milk gradually and mix thoroughly. Make into balls about 3-inches in diameter. Brown in butter. Turn down the heat and fry slowly for about 5 minutes, uncovered.
