1 slice pork
2 eggs
1/4 onion
1/2 c. flour
bread crumbs

Sauce:
1/2 c. soup stock
1 Tbsp. sweet sake
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Pound the meat with a steak mallet and season with salt

egg. Dip the meat into the bread crumbs and fry thoroughly in
the oil at 320 degrees. Cut the fried pork into 1-inch wide strips
and slice the onion into thin slices.
Mix the sauce ingredients together and heat until just

Cook until the egg sets. Fill a bowl 3/4 full with cooked rice
and serve with the pork, onion and egg on top. Serves 1.
