STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 6 to 8 bell peppers 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped 1 c. onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. hot sauce 4 cloves garlic, chopped 2 c. cooked rice 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1 pt. canned tomatoes Cut tops from peppers and clean insides. Wash. Drop in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and drain. Brown beef; drain off fat. Add onions, peppers, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic salt and pepper. Saute until vegetables are tender. Add rice. Stuff peppers. Place in dish. Pour tomatoes over peppers and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (Or omit tomatoes and add cheese.)
