FIRE DEPARTMENT DEER MEAT 3 to 4 lb. deer meat 1 pkg. French's marinade mix 1 bottle Kraft barbecue sauce Cut meat in small chunks if using ham or shoulder. If ribs, leave bone and separate ribs. Mix 1 package meat mari- nade mix in 2/3 cups water. Follow directions on package. Let set 15 minutes or more. Drain mixture from meat, put in pot and boil 1 hour or more until meat is tender. Line saucepan with aluminum foil, place meat in pan. Pour 1 bottle barbecue sauce over meat. Cover with foil and place in oven. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees.
