SWEET 'N SOUR CHICKEN 1 pkg. breast tenders, cut in squares salt and pepper to taste 2 Tbsp. oil 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 jar (9 oz.) Chun King sweet 'n sour sauce Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown chicken. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Saute onion and green pepper 5 minutes. Return chicken to skillet and pour sauce over chicken and heat thoroughly. Serve with rice. Serves 2.
