CHEESY HALIBUT CASSEROLE 2 lb. halibut, cut into large cubes 2 cans marinated artichokes, drained 2 cans button mushrooms, drained 1 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 3 c. milk 1/2 c. white wine 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 8 oz. Cheddar cheese 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce Set aside halibut, artichokes and mushrooms. Melt butter. Add flour and gradually stir in milk and wine. Add salt, hot sauce and cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is thick. Layer halibut, artichokes and mushrooms in a baking dish. Pour sauce over halibut, mushrooms and artichokes; bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 50 minutes.
