CHICKEN PARMESAN 1/4 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves dash of garlic powder dash of pepper 2 lb. chicken parts, skinned 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk paprika Skin chicken. Beat eggs, dip chicken in egg. Mix crumbs, Parmesan, oregano, garlic and pepper. Roll chicken in crumb mixture. Arrange in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 20 minutes more. Meanwhile, blend soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Bake 20 minutes more or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and arrange on platter. Stir sauce and pour over chicken.
