BAKED FISH IN LEMON SAUCE 1/4 c. margarine, melted 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. paprika 1 fresh fish (2 to 3 lb.) or 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets 1 green pepper, sliced into rings 1 onion, sliced into rings Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine margarine, lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika and brush over fish. Place green pepper, onion and fish in a plastic cooking bag. Close bag and puncture according to package directions. Bake 45 to 50 minutes (shorten cooking time if thin fillets are used). Fish is done when it flakes with a fork.
