CHICKEN MOLE

1 whole chicken
3 slices garlic
1/2 chocolate tablet (Dona
Abuelita Mex.)
1/2 onion slices
1 jar Mexican mole (Dona Maria
Mole)
1 c. flour

Place washed chicken in a deep pot with water; bring to
a boil. Add garlic and onion; bring to medium flame until well
cooked. Drain 3 cups of chicken broth and put aside. After
chicken has cooled, cut chicken to desired pieces or shred and
put aside. Add 3 cups chicken broth in a frying pan in low
flames; add chocolate tablet. Cook until dissolved; add
Mexican mole. In another large frying pan, add flour to heated
oil, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes. Add mole sauce
into flour and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add
chicken pieces in sauce and boil for 10 minutes.
