EASY OVEN BAKED COD 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen North Atlantic cod 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. cereal or bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. paprika Allow frozen fish to stand, unwrapped, at room tempera- ture for 20 minutes. Cut into 3 equal portions. Dip top of each portion in milk and bread crumbs. Place on shallow, lightly greased pan and dot with butter and sprinkle paprika over all. Bake in 450 degrees oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Serves 2 to 3.
