SAUSAGE 'N SAUCE 1 pkg. smoked sausage 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 3/4 c. catsup 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. mustard 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 medium bell pepper 2 medium onions Combine tomato sauce, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and brown sugar. Heat, stirring until sauce bubbles. Cut sausages in about 1-inch pieces; drop in sauce and cook about 30 minutes. Slice or chop pepper and onions; add to sausage and sauce and cook about 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
