SLOW COOKER RIBS 4 medium-sized ribs 2 Tbsp. vinegar 4 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 Tbsp. celery salt 1 c. catsup 1 c. water 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Tbsp. ground mustard Place ribs in slow cooker. Combine all other ingredi- ents and pour over ribs (add catsup or water to make thicker or thinner sauce). Cover and cook slow at medium setting for 6 to 8 hours. Ribs turn out tender and delicious. Serves 2.
