MEATBALLS 1 lb. ground beef 1 c. onions 2 Tbsp. garlic 1/2 c. parsley salt pepper (black) 2 c. Parmesan cheese 3 Tbsp. olive oil 2 jars spaghetti sauce (Ragu) Chop the onions and garlic. Mix the ground beef, chopped onions, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and 1 cup Parme- san cheese together; form the meatballs. Make the meatballs loose and not tight. Fry the meatballs in the olive oil until the meatballs are dark brown. Put the meatballs in the spa- ghetti sauce that has been heating in a separate pot. After all the meatballs are fried, pour the contents of the frying pan into the spaghetti sauce. Add the remaining Parmesan cheese and let cook over a low fire for about 2 to 3 hours. Serve over pasta.
