BROILED SWORDFISH STEAKS 1 1/2 lb. swordfish steaks, 1-inch thick 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted 1/2 medium lemon Place fish on a greased broiler rack. Sprinkle the fish with 1/2 the salt, 1/2 the pepper and 1/2 the paprika. Rub the seasonings in. Brush with 1/2 the melted butter. Place in broiler, 2-inches from heat. Broil about 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Squeeze 1/2 the lemon over fish. Turn. Sprinkle remaining salt, pepper and paprika. Rub in. Brush on remain- ing butter. Return to broiler; cook 5 minutes. Remove from oven and squeeze the rest of the lemon wedge over the fish. Serve immediately.
