MOM'S FAVORITE MEAT LOAF 2/3 c. cracker crumbs 1 lb. ground beef 2 eggs 1 medium onion 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. sage Sauce: 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 c. catsup 1 can tomato soup 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine crackers, ground beef, eggs, onion (diced), salt and pepper in large bowl. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl. Mix 3/4 of the sauce with the ground beef mixture and press into a loaf pan. Pour the remaining sauce on top of the meat loaf; bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
