ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE

1 pkg. Italian sausage or link
sausage
2 cans tomato paste
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
garlic salt to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of sugar
Italian seasoning to taste
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Boil sausage in water for 15 minutes. Reserve water.
Brown sausage in frying pan, saving grease. Add tomato paste
to reserved water, add salt, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and
cheese. Cook green pepper and onion in grease from sausage.
Add sausage to sauce and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
