BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 1 1/2 lb. sausage 9 slices bread, cubed Colby cheese, shredded 9 eggs 2 1/2 c. milk Brown and drain sausage. Place layer of bread cubes in 9 x 13-inch pan; layer of sausage, layer of cheese. Repeat ingredients. Mix eggs and milk; season with salt and pepper. Pour over top. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
