GRILLED T-BONE STEAK T-bone steak (1-inch thick) 1/4 c. wine vinegar 2 Tbsp. salad oil 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion 1 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 garlic clove, minced Place the steak in a shallow bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients for 2 to 3 hours. Remove the steak from the marinade and slash edge at 2-inch intervals. Place on grill about 2 to 3 inches from coals. Broil steak for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side. Serves 2 to 3.
