CHICKEN ALFREDO

4 1/2 chicken breasts, skinned
1 (15 oz.) seasoned tomato
sauce or plain, adding
Italian seasoning to taste
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix tomato sauce, brown sugar and pepper together. Pour
over chicken in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour turning
halfway. I don't add salt. I find I don't really need the
extra seasoning and we don't need the extra sodium.
