BEEF LIVER STEAK WITH BACON AND ONIONS

8 slices bacon
1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef liver
2 large onions, sliced
seasoned flour

Panfry bacon. Saute onions in bacon drippings. Remove
and keep warm with bacon. Dip liver slices into seasoned
flour. Panfry each side 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with onions and
bacon. Serves 4 to 6.
