CHICKEN OR TURKEY WITH STUFFING CASSEROLE 1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. chicken broth 4 c. cooked chicken or turkey 1/2 c. onions 1/2 c. celery 1 c. mayonnaise salt to taste 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated Mix bread stuffing, melted butter and chicken broth together and spread half in "Pam" sprayed 9 x 12-inch pan. Combine together cooked chicken or turkey, onions, celery, mayonnaise and salt to taste. Mix and spread over mixture in pan and put the rest of stuffing mixture over chicken layer. Combine eggs and milk; pour over top and refrigerate overnight. Just before baking, spread a can of undiluted cream of chicken soup over all, grated Cheddar cheese over top and bake covered 1 hour at 325 degrees.
