EASY BAKED FISH 12 to 14 cleaned pan fish, fresh or frozen 1/3 c. butter or margarine 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. parsley flakes, dehydrated Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Arrange fish in butter. Pour other ingredients over fish in order listed: cream of celery soup, lemon juice and parsley flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
