BEEF TACO FILLING 1 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. water grated Cheddar cheese taco shells taco mix shredded lettuce diced tomatoes Brown ground beef; drain excess fat. Stir taco mix and 3/4 cup water. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer uncov- ered, stir occasionally. Warm taco shells, following box directions. Spoon taco filling into warmed taco shells. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and diced tomatoes. Yield: Two cups filling, enough for 10 to 12 tacos.
