OVERNIGHT TURKEY 1 (20 lb.) turkey 7 c. boiling water 3 whole medium onions salt, pepper, poultry season, garlic salt, onion salt to taste Rub turkey inside and out with seasonings. Place onions inside of turkey. Place turkey, breast side down, in roaster. Pour seven cups of boiling water in roaster. Preheat oven at 500 degrees. Place roaster in oven at 10:00 p.m. and cook for 1 hour. Cut the oven off and do not open the oven door until after 7:00 a.m. (the next morning). Turkey very juicy and tender.
